Lori G. McDowell is a dedicated tournament angler, author, and passionate storyteller. As a member of the Lifeline Sportfishing Team, Lori has competed in the Sport Fishing Championship in the Gulf of Mexico, bringing her love for fishing to a national audience. A devoted wife, mother, and stepmother, she balances her passion for sportfishing with her deep-rooted faith and desire to inspire others.
Beyond fishing, Lori is a licensed real estate professional and an active member of her church, Free Chapel, in Gainesville, Georgia. She resides in Carrollton, Georgia, with her family and their Labrador, Spark Plug. Through her writing, Lori hopes to share the joy of fishing, the importance of family bonds, and the ever-present guidance of Jesus in life’s journey.
